SHIPPING
We offer free postage on Australian orders over $100. Free worldwide shipping on orders over AU$150.
Australian orders:
Orders over $110 within Australia are sent using Aust Post to ensure fast delivery within 1-5 working days, orders are dispatched within 1-5 business days. Shipping fee on orders under $100 is $10 for Express Post, or $8 for Standard Post.
Stock is subject to availability and some stock may sell out after time of purchase due to processing time frames. We will insure to notify the customer within 2-3 working days. The customer will then be given the option of proceeding with or cancelling the order. Delivery times are estimates only and unfortunately cannot be guaranteed.
International orders:
Shipments should appear with 4-15 business days. Shipping fee for International orders over $200 is FREE, shipping fee for orders under $200 is $15.
Captain Frothbeard products are sent using Australia Post, and we cannot be held liable for errors made by these service providers or Aust Post contracted postal service provider such as U.S. and European postal services.
Delivery from dispatch:
Express postage within Australia 1-3 business days
Standard postage within Australia 3-6 business days
Pack & Track International 4-15 business days (trackable online)
*Please note that in some countries import duties may apply, these duties will vary from country to country. Import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Item/s can be exchanged or refunded if the item is returned within 30 days of the original shipping date. Captain Frothbeard offers free postage on your first exchange.
• Item/s must be in the original sale “as new” condition with all tags and hygiene stickers attached and garment un-worn. Captain Frothbeard has the right to refuse exchanges/returns at our discretion.
• Return of the item/s is the responsibility of the purchaser and we cannot be help liable for items lost in the post, we recommend registered post.
• If any item/s are seen to be faulty we will be happy to refund or exchange your item + any cost on return postage. Please notify us of any faults or defects within 7 days of receiving an item to insure a full refund.
• Sale items and items purchased using a discount code are final and cannot be returned. Exchanges accepted, if availability. Postage fees apply for shipping exchange of sale items.

Change of Address
Captain Frothbeard cannot be held liable for incorrect addresses being submitted on a order. Address preview and confirmation will be given when submitting orders, if for some reason you do not notice a wrong address until submitting a order please contact us immediately at

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Please allow us 1-2 business days to dispatch (pick & pack) your order. Once your order is dispatched your order can take 1-3 business days to be delivered.
DO YOU DO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
YES we ship international orders. International orders are sent via DHL. All international orders (excl. Japan) are charged at a flat rate of AUD$30.00 (FREE shipping for orders over AUD$100.00). Please allow for 1-2 working days to dispatch (pick & pack) your order. Orders are processed and generally delivered within 3-5 business days via DHL.
*Please note, you may be required to pay Duties & Taxes
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and include;
The Sales Tax applied by your country for purchases from Australia; and
Duties charged for processing by your country.
We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer (not Captain Frothbeard) and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you.
In the event that import taxes and duties are not paid on arrival at the destination country and the shipment is refused by the receiver, Captain Frothbeard will request the freight carrier to return the goods. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the purchaser will receive a refund of the item/s less any return freight costs incurred by Captain Frothbeard.

All other international orders are charged at a variable rate depending on package weight (FREE shipping for orders over AUD$200.00). Please allow for 1-2 working days to dispatch (pick & pack) your order. Orders are processed and generally delivered within 5-7 business days via DHL. ( 0 – 0.25KG – $12.50, 0.25 – 0.5KG – $17.50, 0.5 – 0.8KG – $22.50, 0.8 – 1KG – $26.50, 1 – 6.5KG – $40.00 ).
